It's amazing how people can be stupid. And how people can think that they own you just because they pay your salary every month. I'm a person that always think about others all the time. I even had people in my life telling me that i should me more selfish. And i tend to get very attached to the places i work. Once, i worked at a very boring firm, basically inputting information on a form and printing it. Worst job ever. And while working there i got a chance to work with HTML (think the year was 2000). And i had to quit this boring job. A girl that worked with me told me : You don't have to apologize for leaving. You worked your ass here, you did the best job ever, you even fix computers when they have problems, and it's not your job. You do more than you have to do and you get payed for it. Period.

So i believe that if a person is doing a great job, no one has the right to get into the person's  life and question personal things. People is just getting payed to do their job, and if they do a great job you have to pay then... if they do a terrible job just say that they're fired. But do not start to make mind games. It sucks.

Just a little comment. Think about it.
